Prepare the required documents
Please email both documents at least two weeks before arrival.
- Dialysis summary Your recent prescription, including dialyzer model, blood flow rate, anticoagulants, dry weight, and AVF or vascular-access details.
- Recent lab reports Results from within the last six months for hepatitis B (HBsAg and anti-HBs), hepatitis C (anti-HCV), HIV, and VDRL/syphilis.
